I primarily work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, or trauma. , However, I enjoy helping people with a variety of different concerns including low self-esteem, stress management, relationship issues, ADHD, grief, anger management, and rigid personality traits. I work to empower individuals, helping them to tap into their inner wisdom so that they may be able to find peace and live a fulfilling life.
