These models include: Internal Family Systems informed work, Psychodynamic (our past informs our present behavior), Nervous system psycho-education, and Somatic awareness to facilitate a deeper awareness of your body. , I am passionate about helping my clients learn about how their nervous system is involved in their mental health. One of my favorite tools is breath work, this allows you to learn how to feel safe and engaged in the world around you.
