With an understanding that each client comes with their own unique stories and experiences, I believe in using an integrative approach to counselling, meaning I will adapt my set of clinical skills to match my clients specific needs and preferences. I have worked with diverse client presenting concerns, including acute, chronic, and complex trauma, depression and anxiety, dissociation, substance use, ADHD, concussions, relationship issues, life transitions and more. I also have extensive clinical experience with mood disorders, and I offer support through relationship sessions. I have previously worked as a Neurofeedback technician and yoga instructor, which has informed the way I incorporate my knowledge of neuroscience and body-based techniques into counselling sessions. , Through my own healing journey, I realized the power that all humans possess to transform themselves and to reclaim who they are. My goal is to create a space that feels inviting, safe, and wholeheartedly non-judgmental, so that my clients are able to express themselves and explore life’s challenges in an authentic way.
