I integrate a variety of approaches to meet your individual needs from a place of mindfulness and presence, holism (mind-body-spirit connection), and organicity (the impulse to heal lies within) with a strong trauma-informed background. Our process is collaborative - you know you better than anyone else knows you! We cultivate together trust in that knowing to help with depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, attachment and relational wounds. , My framework is based largely within the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy approach, which is a body-centered talking therapy. I am an EMDR trained therapist. Both of those approaches can be used to address post-traumatic stress, relational wounds, anger issues, depression, anxiety and substance use. , I trust in the process and believe that every client has done the best they know how. In addition to my psychology training, I have a 200 hour yoga certification and use that to help inform my psychotherapy practice and my work with clients.
