Being able to get your needs met effectively will enhance your life and your relationships. , I work directly with the nervous system to aid you in taking your power back and to become more regulated and whole again. Stress can manifest in the body as inflammation, tension and disease. I utilize a mindfulness based approach and provide somatic experiencing to help move stagnant energy through the body.
