Dr. Brooke E. Swadley

Brooke (she/her) is currently earning her Masters of Arts Degree in Counseling at Regis University with a graduation date quickly approaching in December of this year. After her own mental health struggles and 14 years in the corporate world she decided to return to school in order to give back to the collective in a meaningful way. Brooke knows how difficult the leap can be to reach out for help and has experienced first-hand how integral her own therapy has been in her life. , She is passionate in being able to guide her clients a safe space to explore past experiences, and current circumstances that may be impacting your mental health and do so in a way that is comfortable and feels safe to you, the client. , Brooke practices from the framework of evidence-based practices such as Person-Centered, is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and incorporates Mindfulness into many of her sessions should that call to you.
