" I am passionate about working with people who feel disconnected from themselves and their loved ones. Healthy relationships are essential in contributing to our overall well being. This is why I focus on supporting people who feel stuck in their relationships. Life can be difficult, but having supportive relationships can make the hard times more bearable. It is important that you have a space to tell the full truth of your experience without judgment. So many places in our life we are asked to wear masks or say things are “okay” when they arent. I provide a compassionate space to learn, heal, and grow towards a fulfilling life. ", Starting therapy can be scary at first. I prioritize meeting clients where they are at to create a safe space to work towards their goals. I am comfortable taking the lead on our work together while checking in to make sure we’re addressing the things you want to focus on. I work from an attachment-based, experiential, systemic, and trauma-informed lens. , Together we can identify and shift unhelpful patterns, increase confidence to work adaptively with your emotions, and build a deeper connection with yourself and loved ones.
