Dr. Challen Gutekunst

I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have 4 years experience in multisystemic family and individual therapy with all ages. I like to use play and art to process therapeutically. I have specialties in child centered play therapy, art therapy, trauma focused CBT, DBT, solution focused, mindfulness, and narrative therapy to use with individuals and families. , Each stage of life comes with its hardships and sometimes we need support along the way process and overcome. I support families and individuals with emotional needs, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, grief and trauma. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process between the therapist and the client to work on skills in order to create change. , I will welcome you and/or your child into a caring and nonjudgmental space during our sessions. I am committed to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care to all of those I work with. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
