Sometimes this looks like cultivating self-compassion, or soothing the inner critic, or drawing on mindfulness and other practical tools to help manage anxiety, stress, or other challenging inner states. , My transpersonal orientation includes the use of CBT, Gestalt therapy, self-compassion training, mindfulness, and parts work, all with a focus on personal growth and accountability.
