" I love working to build confidence, coping skills, and healthy independence. My integrative approach is well-suited to help you feel empowered and effective in the world. I take a person-centered approach, meaning I collaborate in therapy on what relationship dynamics, session structure, and communication/language feels supportive for you and your life. I believe each individual is unique, so aim to create a therapeutic relationship that reflects this. I am also neurodiversity and queer-affirming & desire to empower all individuals way of being in the world. ", I offer trauma-informed and DBT-informed art therapy, talk therapy, somatic, and mindfulness techniques that can improve your confidence. My approach is rooted in social justice, in that I am passionate about bringing in sociocultural contexts and how these impact your life path- so you can create a life that best serves your unique way of being. , I hope to work with you to find out how I can best show up as your advocate and ally in healing.
