Anyone who is at the point of accepting help has an innate wisdom into their own healing. By the time you find me, I know you are ready to change. I believe you know best and I will be here to guide you in the direction you want to go. I work with clients who are struggling with major life transitions, anxiety/perfectionism, parenting/family struggles, spirituality, feminine awakening, self-esteem and relationship difficulties. I work with adults and children, but in different capacities. For minors, I provide 50-minute art therapy sessions. For adults, I provide a combination of coaching and art therapy, each session is 1-2 hrs. , I love making art. When I was younger, my most impactful art pieces were the ones that helped me work through difficult times in my life. Without realizing what I was doing, I was utilizing art therapy. Yes, art in and of itself can be therapeutic, but we often need a push and a bit of guidance to truly reap its benefits. , " If youre not sure where to start in your therapeutic journey, art is a great place. Early memories and traumas of any sort arent coded in language in our brains, so using language to talk about them is difficult if not impossible. Its like trying to describe a dream as its slipping away. Art gives you the chance to tell your story, whatever it may be. "
