I have been practicing since 2019 with people between 18 and 55 years old with a variety of struggles including trauma related issues, depression, anxiety, BPD, and PTSD. , I offer a variety of options and together we will figure out what works best for you. However, my specialty is working with trauma and PTSD and I most often use Cognitive Processing Therapy to guide people out of the past an into the here and now. , Having someone witness as you explore and express your thoughts and emotions is a profound experience and I am honored to get to be that witness and a safe place for others.
