I work with a wide range of clients and issues, however, the clients that benefit the most from working with me are ones who are looking for a partner in therapy. I believe that every person is the most accurate resource to understanding themselves and their world view. I would like to pair my knowledge about mental health with your lived experience and to help you create your own solutions. I provide an inclusive and non-judgmental space for all that walk through my door. Diversity is what creates beauty in this world and as such I strive for cultural sensitivity, body positivity, LGBTQIA+ rights and neurodivergence affirming. , I use an eclectic approach including emotionally focused therapy, cbt, dbt, play therapy, expressive arts and somatic work. My specialties include trauma work, neurodivergence, attachment issues, grief, consensual non-monogamy and LGBTQIA+. I work with a wide range of clients including kids, teens, individuals, families and couples. , I want to work alongside you to understand your world. Mental health is about more than the mind. It also incorporates the body, home and family, social networks and the societal system that we live in. Understanding how all these pieces fit together can help us address the root cause of the issue.
