In all the uncertainty we are facing in the world, reaching out for help may seem difficult. Call me, and we can meet on a video platform! Life is a journey, a process full of transitions and growth. Many times our past experience shape the way we feel, think and act keeping us stuck in the same patterns of behaviors with the same outcomes. Breaking these patterns can be difficult. Through self-exploration we are capable of gaining the self-awareness needed to make changes in our relationships and lives and through skill building we learn ways to implement tools for better choices. , I have a Cognitive Behavioral approach and explore how childhood experiences and patterns in thoughts, feelings and behaviors may continue to affect how you manage them presently. I use Brainspotting to help your brain heal. I am an advocate for Emotional Support Animals, ESA, and believe whole-heartedly in the bond between human wellness and animal energy , I have personal experience with a desire to change how I think, feel and act.
