Using an evidence based foundation, I tailor my approach to these specific needs and identities. I enjoy working with individuals who are ready to move past trauma, grief, mood disorders or relationship issues in a collaborative and pragmatic process. , In a judgement free environment, with true empathy and unconditional positive regard, I work from an integrative and practical perspective, striving for both immediate, as well as lasting changes. We will identify helpful tools for the short-term and dig deeper with a psychodynamic and trauma informed approach, including parts work or EMDR when appropriate. , Furthermore, while these are serious topics, I believe a little humor can be a useful tool along the way.
