Hi! My name is Anya Garvey. And I offer my clients Dang Good Therapy For a Damn Good Life. My clients are ready for big shifts in their lives. They are motivated to take action and make change. They want more from a therapist than someone who simply nods, repeats back and parrots what you said. I will be your cheerleader, but I will also be your guide; moving you, step-by-step, toward the greater life you want to be living. I push my clients. I challenge my clients. And they are inspired and supported in effectively evolving themselves and their lives toward a better future. , I have advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Gottman Method Couple’s Therapy, Nutritional Psychology, Functional Medicine, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, utilizing Cannabis & Ketamine. I am a Certified TRE Practitioner and Certified Yoga Instructor, as well as an Eating Disorder Specialist.
