I specialize in working with clients who are deep feelers and thinkers, experience anxiety, have ADHD, and/or have experienced trauma. I also have specialized training in working with LGBTQIA+ communities, white folx who are interested in white racial identity development, and Latinx communities. I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) psychologist with a PhD in Counseling Psychology. , I will help you to process and integrate past traumas, understand and manage your current emotions, enhance your relationships, and cultivate greater self-compassion. I will also support you in working more effectively with your unique brain, becoming more mindful, identifying your core values, and living in alignment with them. , As a licensed psychologist, I integrate multiple therapeutic techniques including ACT, CBT, DBT, interpersonal process therapy, emotion-focused, therapy, and mindfulness.
