About Us

Have you been experiencing issues with anxiety and depression? We all do occasionally, but when these issues feel unmanageable, I am here to help and support you. Examples of symptoms of anxiety can include intrusive thoughts, constant worrying, and physical sensations such as a racing heart. Depression can appear as sadness, decreased motivation, and sleep issues. Additionally, I treat individuals with substance use and self-esteem issues. Of course, not every individual experiences any these conditions the same way, so that is why I tailor the treatment to address each person in the way that is best suited for their unique needs. , When I meet with clients, I work to build rapport and establish a safe and welcoming environment. We work together to figure out the root of the issue and also analyze any kind of negative thought patterns that contribute to uncomfortable emotions and maladaptive behaviors. I provide clients with coping skills and ways to challenge their unhealthy beliefs. , I am a firm believer in clients having the ability to meet their highest potential with support and a deeper awareness of oneself. Counseling is a passion of mine and I truly love working with my clients to help them gain insight and make positive changes in their life.
