Hi, I’m Deb Pope. I’m here to offer you a warm, genuine space where you can truly connect and find understanding. My therapy practice is grounded in creating a safe environment where I meet you where you are. With over 22 years of experience in counseling and working in schools, I provide a holistic, integrative approach that includes behavioral, psychoeducational, and emotional perspectives to help you explore your challenges. , I specialize in neurodiverse complexities, selective mutism, grief, stress management, children/youth/young adults, support for those impacted by breast cancer, and various disabilities. My goal is to provide strategies that honor each person’s unique way of experiencing the world. , I also provide comprehensive assessments to identify learning and social interaction issues, including dyslexia, learning disabilities, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and giftedness, to better understand each person’s needs.
