About Us

My ideal client is someone who really wants to change and is scared to change. My ideal client is someone who may not be able to afford therapy and yet really wants someone to help them work on their issues that are keeping them from finding peace and healing. This is one of the reasons I choose not to take insurance and that I keep my rates low. I want everyone who is looking for help to have that opportunity. If you are contemplating a change whether it be from addiction, trauma, relationship issues self-esteem, grief, aging, any of the issues that haunts us and bring us down, I am here to help. , In 2005 my career began at CeDAR, UC Health working with addicts and their families. Since 2015 in my private practice I have continued working with that population. However I also work with individuals with trauma , and other life issues. Currently I becoming a certified EMDR therapist. I am also trained in emotionally focused therapy. , I believe that everyone deserves to have the opportunity to heal from the devastation and effects of life changing events that occurs through out our life spans . I have experienced devastation myself on many levels personally and professionally. I believe that my ability to connect with people in great pain is a special gift that I have.
