Clients may be self referred or referred by their medical providers or friends. My experience includes assessment for depression, ADHD, anxiety and other untreated mental health difficulties. Due to the mind-body connection, I firmly believe that getting mental health care is equally as important as physical health care. By decreasing stigma and increasing access, so many more people could benefit from mental health support. , If something is affecting your quality of life (health or happiness) and you would like support and guidance to improve it , I would be excited to work with you to meet your goals.
