About Us

Hi! My name is Devin Rodriguez. I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois in a Latin home. I speak Spanish and English with my ethnic background being a little bit of a lot of things. I am no stranger to anxiety or depression as I struggled myself trying to figure out this rollercoaster called life. Through my previous training as a counselor, and current doctorate-level training in psychology, I’ve studied many different methods such as EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that I utilize to help others overcome their trauma, depression, and anxiety to ultimately rediscover their meaning and passion. , My strength is in helping youth discover their passions and strengths as well as helping adults find their equilibrium through reinvigorating their own passion and purpose. As we work together towards your goals, you can expect to learn more about yourself while taking away tools/tricks to practice in between sessions. , Creating a welcoming space for clients from all walks of life is a top priority for me. I tap into client’s strengths, values, and experiences to craft a personalized plan for living and ultimately overcome adversity - the curveballs life throws at us. My belief is that mental wellness occurs through alignment between the mind, body, and spirit.
