Jess would love to consult with you about what a customized intensive could mean to you. , Jess offers 2-5 day therapy intensives where you can invest a focused period of time on your healing. They will use modalities that are somatic based, IFS informed, attachment informed and will use EMDR and photography based therapy as desired.
