I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in existential psychotherapy. I strive to listen deeply to your thoughts and emotions so that I can identify points of conflict and develop solutions. I provide psychotherapy for a variety of psychological conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, sexuality, and divorce. In addition, I provide existential psychotherapy for life-transitions, personal growth, relationship issues, and athletic performance. I value all dimensions of human diversity and I am an ally to the LGBT community. I work with adults and teens. I enjoy working with individuals from rural communities. , The goal of existential psychotherapy is to live an authentic and meaningful life. I practice existential psychotherapy as a collaborative and creative process. I welcome any type of artistic endeavor in the therapy process including music, film, poetry, drawing, and writing. I believe that humans seek meaning, creativity, and growth. , I offer two options for therapy payment either insurance or a direct payment sliding scale.
