My therapeutic approach comes from the belief that all beings have innate wisdom and goodness. However through human challenges and traumatic experiences, we may hold fears, limiting beliefs, and energetic shields that may make it challenging to access our Highest Selves. I aim to provide support in helping clients navigate through life challenges, cultivating skills and confidence in managing life stressors, emotional and spiritual issues. Importantly, through the skillful building of self-compassion toward parts that have been rejected or dismissed, and finding more meaning and purpose, life can be a more pleasant experience. , I specializes in research-based psychotherapeutic approaches, mindfulness, Humanistic, as well as Transpersonal (spiritual) Psychology applications. My eclectic toolbox of life experiences, education/trainings, and studies in wisdom traditions help me hold a holistic, non-judgemental, and open-minded perspective on mental health. , I support motivated and open-minded teens and adults of many backgrounds and beliefs and know there is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy.
