I offer psychotherapy to clients ages 9 and up for individual, couples, and family services. Some of the specialized areas of my training include: anxiety/depression, personality disorders, trauma-related disorders, and ADHD. I also have a particular passion for working with service members/veterans as I am a veteran and former dependent. I encourage curiosity every step of the way. My work is a reflection of my total commitment to hope and healing! , I use an integrative approach with interpersonal, CBT and process-oriented elements along with the biopsychosocial model to understand your complex and unique situation. I strive to be genuine, empathetic and compassionate. I encourage a collaborative approach that includes me gently challenging you and asking for feedback on how treatment is going. , Psychotherapy is a deeply personal process and requires consistent and challenging work. Therefore, it is very important to find a therapist that fits your needs and personality. I look forward to meeting and being a part of your journey!
