I am a mindfulness-inspired, somatic psychotherapist. At the core of my work, I value bringing deep respect for your unique lived experiences, curiosity to understand your individual system – in its wounding and in its wellness, and kindness to study together how these lived experiences impact your current life and relationships. I feel honored to travel into the unknown together, guiding and supporting you as we explore & deepen into important themes to assist the unfolding of new insights. I attend to opportunities to find and feel new experiences which support you in your goals to live life in more fulfilling, satisfying ways. , I do not believe that we are meant to heal alone. Unfortunately, dominant culture encourages us to do so. I strongly believe that we are meant to heal in relationship, and in community. I trust that the simple yet profound & very brave act of telling our stories, being witnessed in our pain and pleasure, and beheld in our unique expression offers medicine. , " We humans have an innate, inextricable connection to the natural world, and I happily invite the wisdom of the greater-than-human world into our work together. I am passionate about womens work, supporting folks with chronic pain and illness, ritualizing life and creating ceremonies to mark important passages, and tending to the heart in grief and loss. "
