Welcome, I am Eliza Kienitz, a psychologist here in Denver, CO. Starting the process of therapy can be daunting. I want to help you find the right fit with a therapist, even if that is not me. I am passionate about the ethics of my role and want you to feel empowered to ask questions and clarify your goals. The folks I work with are often experiencing life transitions, are connected to the medical community, or are first responder or frontline workers. I specialize in adults and older adults. If you have found yourself at the point of seeking out a therapist, you have already done some hard work. I would be honored to help as I can. , My background includes working in clinics, hospitals, and primary care settings. Therefore, I take a collaborative and multi-dimensional approach when working together. Understanding your physical, relational, and spiritual health are important to understanding the mental/emotional space you find yourself in currently. I explore each of these areas with you. , My goal is to help you feel more free to be yourself. I believe it is my job to work myself out of a job as you achieve the goals that you have set before you. I use evidence-based therapy techniques in our sessions.
