You are the expert in your life and I want to help you move in a direction that feels best for you. I enjoy working with a variety of concerns, but most often work with food and body image concerns, anxiety, issues facing college students, trauma, depression and relationship issues. I also provide gender affirming therapy and gender confirmation support letters. , Therapy tends to be most successful when clients feel empowered to ask questions and share feedback.
