I utilize a variety of therapy techniques including CBT, Gestalt, EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, etc. I have been treating trauma and PTSD for 10 years. , In person therapy is my primary mode of service and the best method of treatment. I see clients Monday-Saturday at two metro Denver locations and offer late evening appointments.
