Dr. Elizabeth Parsons

Beth did her Ph.D. in counseling psychology at the Ohio State University, and is a licensed clinical psychologist with over twenty years of experience as a psychotherapist. She has specialized training in the treatment of trauma, including EMDR, narrative therapy, and sensorimotor therapy. She greatly enjoys working with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQ, racial/ethnic identity, and bicultural/multicultural concerns. , She has experience working with health professional students, graduate students, international students, and couples. Her approach is integrative, with attention to somatic, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, , and interpersonal realms of existence. She loves being part of the journey of growth and development, letting go of old patterns and establishing new ones that better serve people in how they want to live their lives.
