Everything is already within you. Sometimes we just need an external spark to light our flame. , I have an existential humanistic lens and use a variety of techniques to treat the entire person- mind, body, and spirit. Techniques and theories include: CBT, DBT mindfulness, somatic practices, breathwork, attachment theory, and family of origin work. I specialize in working with adults suffering from anxiety, PTSD, and offer psychedelic integration. , Coming from a background of anxiety and panic attacks myself, I understand what it is like to feel as though there is no way out. However, I am here to help you realize that there is light at the end of this tunnel. Suffering is a way to push you to find your true self and grow interpersonally. Even in darkness, the light will shine through.
