Working with a diverse client population, I provide a brave and grounded space for clients who are curious about new possibilities for their lives. I offer individual, relationship, and family therapy for ages 4+. Rooted in experiential and narrative philosophies, I collaboratively explore the ways clients get stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. No matter how trapped clients may feel in the cycles they find themselves in, there is always a way to break free and to consciously create new cycles. I am here to help clients shed light on those old patterns, explore how they came to be, and step into a new way of being. , " I am a passionate, trauma-informed, and multiculturally competent practitioner with a deep commitment to LGBTQIA+, identity-affirming, and anti-racist approaches. I specialize in Emotionally Focused, Narrative, and Play Therapies, offering a unique, experiential, and relationally-oriented journey through the clients inner world.
