I believe that being connected to ourselves and others is part of the human experience, and recovery from symptoms that interrupt our ability to live our lives to the fullest is possible. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma and addiction. I believe change and insight are possible, and freedom from pain and suffering is attainable. , Over the years, my goal has been to obtain the knowledge and skills to help people navigate their lives more successfully, and be able to achieve their goals. I have training in DBT, CBT, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma and Attachment, Transgender Issues, and certifications in addictions counseling. , I am available during the day and most evenings.
