I provide therapy to Queer, and Neurodivergent people by focusing on making ease of change through connection, reflection, intention, and learning to feel. People who seek out my help generally have not had the space or guidance to explore the complexity of their identity, which often leads to feelings of worry and confusion. I help people reconnect to their unique inner landscape through exploration of the mind & body connection. , In our sessions you can expect to feel supported in talking through what is challenging. We also tap into emotions using the body as a tool. Accessing the body helps us to deepen our understanding to how our experiences have impacted us and learn how to sustainability heal from those experiences. , Our ability to connect is the most important piece to our work together.
