My passion for counseling stems from my belief in the resiliency and strength of the human spirit and the possibility for meaningful change. I enjoy working with adult individuals and couples in a variety of areas including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationships. , My counseling approaches are informed by a humanistic person-centered perspective. Humanistic/experiential counseling puts emphasis on healing through the therapeutic relationship and awareness of self.
