My passion is working with clients in transition and I specialize in counseling women 40s and older who are facing situations of peri-menopause/post-menopause, aging parents, adult sibling relationships, emancipating children and career transitions. For women in this stage of life there might be a feeling of invisibility and irrelevance. It can be helpful to work with a therapist who is closer in age. It is challenging to navigate these situations in isolation and because of the complex relational history, there can be a sense of overwhelm with emotional triggers.
