Hiroko was born and raised in Kyoto, Japan, and is fluent in both English and Japanese. She offers therapy for couples and individuals who are working through trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and burnout. As a meditator and somatic counselor, she integrates mindfulness and body-centered techniques to foster holistic well-being. Her approach is designed to help people connect with their inner ability to manage distress while promoting growth. Hiroko is deeply passionate about guiding her clients to move from feeling stuck or reactive to experiencing a more open, creative, and playful life with greater energy, vitality, and agency. , " Hirokos path as a counselor began in 2017 in Colorado hospitals, providing spiritual care counseling to a socially, economically, and culturally diverse population.
