About Us

My approach to health and well-being is rooted in the belief that we have within us the capacity to live satisfying, engaged and meaningful lives. But often we find ourselves in unhealthy and isolating patterns, resulting in anxiety, depression, addictions, and conflictual relationship with those we love and work with. I help people get to the core root of what is holding them back and transform limiting patterns so they can live a happy, healthy life. My style is direct, supportive and creative, integrating the healing power of humor, horses and the great outdoors! , I have over 20 years of mental health experience, working with a full spectrum of people. My training includes Somatic Psychotherapy, Creative Arts Therapy/ Dance/Movement Therapy, Somatic Experiencing; a body-based trauma resolution modality and Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy. Mindfulness is foundational in my work and is integrated into each modality that I practice. , For 15 years I have integrated horses into my practice, finding that working outside, in the presence of these beings, engages our bodies, minds and hearts unlike any other method. In addition to my private practice, I teach, train and supervise Masters level students in Counseling/Psychology and facilitate groups for women survivors of sexual trauma.
