I offer coaching via Zoom to clients worldwide. I support adult women and non-binary people who long to peel back the stifling layers of early life conditioning in order to realign with what is most radically true and beautiful. Most are recovering “good girls” and/or "people pleasers." They\ve done all the “right” things, following our culture’s prescribed paths, only to wonder "Is this all there is?" I’ve spent the last 20 years of my career guiding people to hear, honor, and act upon their most authentic inner yearning during times of great transition.
