I have 30 years experience as a somatic mind-body oriented therapist who provides support for adolescents and adults moving through issues related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, sexual abuse survivors, medical trauma, falls/injuries, car accidents, substance use, grief/loss, LGBTQIA+ and other life transitions. Clients reach out for many reasons. Some are noticing distressing memories, fears, worry, or sadness impacting their relationships, employment, and sleep. Sometimes parents reach out concerned about their child, teen, or college student seeming more withdrawn or overwhelmed at school/college or home.
