Navigating through life can begin to feel daunting at times. You may struggle to say "no" to those around you. Being alone may feel frightening and being around others exhausting. You may drift through the days constantly pushing the little voice that says "I\m not okay" to the side, so your loved ones won\t worry. You may feel you don\t really belong anywhere. Sometimes the only option to cope with the emotions may be running away whether that\s scrolling through social media or overindulging. You may want to feel better, but you don\t know where to start. Reaching out is the first step towards healthy living and healing. , As a potential client, I want you to feel heard and safe. Seeking help is not an easy task and sometimes it’s accompanied with shame. It is my priority to create an environment that promotes healing. We will take a collaborative approach in therapy to create goals that are relevant to your journey. , As a first-generation Latina, I understand the personal, professional, and social struggles that are present in everyday life. Throughout my early years in the field, I have provided therapy to a large variety of clients. I have found that my passions lie in working with people struggling with substance use and marginalized groups.
