I enjoy working with clients who are looking for help making deeper connections with important people in their lives. I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, conflict, and attachment injuries that get in the way of connecting with others. As a former high school math teacher, I have lots of experience, and work well, with teens, specifically those struggling with issues related to anxiety, self-esteem, or identity concerns. , During our sessions, you can expect to discover your attachment style and likely uncover early attachment injuries that may be getting in the way of current relationships.
