We are all wired for connection and change. I create a safe and supportive environment for clients to feel connected and empowered to work through their personal struggles. I work with women dealing with anxiety, depression, birth trauma, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, self-esteem struggles and life transitions. I enjoy working women, especially moms, to empower them to feel more confident with their emotions and in themselves, overall. , I have many years of experience providing group and individual counseling to a variety of ages. I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I’m also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. , My approach is compassionate, relatable and genuine while working with you. My direct and kind personality will help you feel comfortable and supported throughout the therapeutic process. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental and person-centered space in which you feel heard, understood and believed.
