My work has been informed by a deep value of service to others and a consistent striving to improve the quality of life of my clients. My goal is to provide high quality psychotherapy for couples, families, and individuals because I believe that strengthening relationships is one of the best avenues to mental health. I am trained in EMDR, Couples and Family Therapy, and Substance Abuse Treatment.
