The biggest hurdle amid adversity is sometimes not the adversity itself, but rather embarking on the daunting journey of seeking out help and support. The hurdle may be negative past experiences in seeking help from other professionals or loved ones. These experiences may have left a sour taste in your mouth such as fear, doubt, or distrust. Whatever that reason might be, I am here to enter that space with you. I am passionate about creating a safe space for every individual that steps into my office, as I believe this is the foundation to creating a therapeutic alliance and path towards becoming the best version of yourself. , I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in school and clinical mental health counseling from Walden University. I have spent the past 4 years working with adults, children, and adolescents in hospital inpatient facilities, mobile crisis services, and residential treatment centers. , I commit to bringing my full authentic self, experience, and education into the therapy space and hope to have the privilege of coming alongside those on the path towards becoming the best versions of themselves.
