As your therapist, I will help you create a toolbox of coping strategies, build resiliency, shift perspective, and analyze the external/societal influences affecting your experience. I work with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds to figure out the messiness of life while being culturally sensitive, and trauma and neuro-informed. I have a vast set of tools including CBT, DBT, and EMDR to help you process through your emotions and thoughts.
