Welcome! It takes courage to seek support for the troubles we have in our lives and I commend you for opening a door. So often, we are resilient and capable in many areas of our lives, and hope that we can also manage very personal difficulties on our own. However, I believe that we all need a safe and nurturing space to open ourselves to our fears, to the overwhelm, the multiple stressors, and sadness that can come along out of the blue, with a life transition or any change. In my experience, these are opportunities for substantial growth, to create abundance and depth in your life and overcome long standing barriers. , As a clinical social worker, I have walked these paths with many over the past 25 years. From my work with homeless youth, to hospice care, I have utilized a combination of clinically proven therapies: solution focused, strength based and cognitive behavioral interventions among others, to create lasting change with purpose and intention. , Your feelings are valid and necessary, telling you that something must change. The abundant life you desire is waiting. I want to help you slough off the old and polish up the new that emerges as we work together. A happier, healthier and more alive self. A self who will have tools for a lifetime to help navigate other curves in the road as you go forward.
