I am a non-binary, queer, neurodivergent, white, parent, educator and activist. All of these identities inform my approach as well as my experience in the world. I conceptualize my role in therapy as a thought partner and story mapper. I work with clients to explore narratives and experiences, and note behavioral patterns with the aim of making the unconscious conscious. In addition to my role as a therapist I am a writer and passionate advocate for inclusivity within businesses and communities. I love utilizing non-traditional approaches to therapy including astrology and tarot. I find these resources provide powerful language for integration and deeper understanding of the multitudes we all contain.
