Especially in the arenas of self-esteem and self-compassion, I help clients to see themselves from different perspectives in order to move into healthier emotional spaces and be able to manage their place in the world in a more proactive way. I see adults, teens, and children over the age of 5. ", I provide a personalized, age-appropriate mix of therapeutic techniques (including CBT, existential-humanistic, and positive psychology) to identify strengths and untapped personal resources, as well as addressing symptoms and negative self-evaluations. , I firmly believe everyone has unique personal strengths, often under-valued and under-utilized. I love to help clients who, due to personal/psychological, family, or community issues are being blocked from seeing themselves on a road to a more fulfilling life and to use their strengths as a means to get there.
